What File formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, PDF, JPNG, and SVG files. For the best results, upload artwork at 300 DPI with a transparent background.
What are the recommended press settings?
Press at 300–325°F with medium to firm pressure for 8–12 seconds, then hot peel. For best results, do a second press for 3–5 seconds using parchment paper or a finishing sheet.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because all orders are custom printed to your specifications, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for customer-uploaded artwork or ordering errors. If your order arrives damaged or there is a printing defect caused by us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.
