Processing & Turnaround Times

 Standard Order Processing: All DTF transfer orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

 Order Confirmation: You will receive an automated email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 Domestic Shipping: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and selected shipping speed.

 Carriers: We ship orders via USPS and UPS. Standard delivery times range between 2 to 5 business days once handed off to the carrier.

 Carrier Delays: Please note that once a package is scanned into carrier custody, Elite DTF Supply is not liable for carrier transit delays, lost packages, or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer at checkout.

Local Pickup

 Pickup Availability: Local pickup is available for local customers during standard business hours.

 Pickup Notification: If you select Local Pickup at checkout, please wait until you receive an email stating "Your order is ready for pickup" before arriving. Please bring your order confirmation email when you come.

Order Changes & Address Updates

Because orders enter processing quickly to maintain fast turnaround times, please double-check your shipping address prior to placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after submission.
