Welcome to Elite DTF Supply.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. Elite DTF Supply is not responsible for printing errors resulting from low-resolution files, spelling mistakes, incorrect sizing, or transparent backgrounds.

Production Time

Standard production is 24–48 business hours after artwork approval. Large or specialty orders may require additional production time.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Refund Policy

Because every order is custom printed, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are offered unless we made an error with your order.

Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they own or have permission to print all submitted artwork.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
